Purchasing a program at ElinBhouse gives you immediate personal access to all course materials — video content, written modules, references, and any supplementary resources included in that program. Access is tied to the account used at purchase and is not shareable.
Your Decision Window: You have five days from your purchase date to evaluate whether the program meets your needs. We keep this window open for genuine assessment — reviewing the content structure, depth, and approach to see whether it fits where you are in your practice. It is not intended as a window to complete the course before requesting a return.
How Usage Affects Eligibility: If you have progressed through more than 30% of a program’s content, the course is considered actively in use and is no longer eligible for a refund. This applies regardless of completion status or time elapsed since purchase. Partial completion does not qualify for partial refunds.
Requesting a Refund: Send a message to our support team from the email address associated with your account, including your order reference and the program name. We don’t require a detailed explanation — verification of your account and purchase is sufficient to begin the review.
Timeline for Processing: Once a refund request is approved, the return is processed to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. You will receive written confirmation from us within 48 hours of submitting your request.
